Preparation Activities
Participants are central to the success of the youth exchange, and therefore they will be actively contributing in every phase of the project.
Planning Phase:
In this crucial initial phase, participants will actively engage by providing valuable feedback on the program methods and activities proposed by their respective group leaders. They will also have the freedom to do their individual research regarding possible methods and activities, which they are particularly interested in, and suggest them to the leaders. Their input will define and shape the project's direction.

Preparation Phase:
During the preparation phase, participants will play an essential role in the project's groundwork. They will actively participate in preparatory meetings, collaborating closely with group leaders to co-create the program for the youth exchange. Since the project involves art guided expression, participants can plan and organize art workshops for their fellow participants. They can brainstorm creative workshop ideas, suggest art materials, and outline the objectives of these sessions. More experienced participants take on leadership responsibilities, working with group leaders to plan the implementation of the activities. Furthermore, participants from each country are expected to prepare presentations or mini-workshops about their own culture, including traditional art forms, customs, or cuisines that will be presented during intercultural evenings. Besides this, participants are involved in the logistics of the exchange, such as arranging travel details, purchasing tickets, and securing insurance.
