Dissemination Plans and Pages that will ensure the visibility of Our Project (SOUL ON CANVAS).
NGO ACPELIA CYPRUS
Once our proposal is approved, we'll create a special logo for the program that we'll use in all our promotional activities. On our association's website, we'll set up a dedicated section just for the program. Here, we'll keep track of everything related to preparing for and carrying out the program, as well as displaying the results we achieve. We'll also create a separate webpage specifically for the project.

After we select the participants, we'll create a communication and information exchange group that includes young people, our foundation, and local community working groups. To make sure everyone knows about our program, we'll document each action we take with photos and videos, both during and after the program. We'll use these materials, along with printed materials, to share our results.
We'll also make use of the Erasmus+ Outcome Platform, which showcases all Erasmus+ projects and highlights successful projects and best practices.
Participants in the project, after proper training, will be able to organize workshops and share what they've learned. They'll act as teachers in the local community, providing information through printed and electronic materials. Each participant will also regularly publish updates on our association's website, starting from the first day the program is organized. We'll collect these updates and share them with local press and our collaborating organizations. We'll also distribute training materials used during the project to youth organizations and associations from all the countries involved.

In all our projects that we implement we are making open webpages to the public which always are there for long time after the ending of the project. Some examples of previous project that were implemented from our organisation through the coordination of Nikolas and Evangelia (as project manager) the president of applicant organisation is the following:

NGO HESSA Romania
At HESSA, our main goal is to help young people discover their true passions and abilities, which helps them grow as individuals and benefit their communities.
Here's how we plan to achieve this:
Internal Workshops: We'll regularly host sessions for our young participants where we'll share the best lessons and experiences from the project.
Collaboration and Partnership: We'll work closely with local schools, colleges, and youth organizations in Iasi county and the surrounding area to explain the advantages of the project and the Erasmus+ program.
Publicity and Awareness: We'll get in touch with local, regional, and national media outlets to share the success stories and impacts of our project.
We'll use various methods to spread the word about our project, including our social media channels (website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups), community meetings, and workshops to teach practical skills and knowledge.
Our members can also create content and share information through our social media channels. This way, young people involved in the project will already be familiar with how to use HESSA's social media accounts.
We'll also share our results through local media outlets like Radio Iasi, TV Life Iasi, and newspapers in town, with BZI being one of the most well-known ones. These organizations have supported us in the past.
NGO Reflection of Europe Poland
We'll use our social media accounts and website to share information about the activities in this project and its outcomes. This way, people all across Poland (and from other countries as well) can keep up with what we're doing. The participants in the exchange will also share their experiences on their personal social media and tell their friends about their involvement.
We have a group of young people who follow our activities, and we'll make sure to inform them about this project. We've also partnered with other organizations, so we'll share the project with them.
Through these efforts, we'll reach not only young people but also individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and from various countries. Our community of young people is very engaged in our activities, including workshops, meetings, competitions, and discussions. Encouraging them to participate in this project won't be a challenge, just like our previous initiatives.
The results will be shared in the following pages:

https://www.instagram.com/rozprawyoeuropie/ - posts, Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories

Ngo EduArt North Macedonia
Our organization is skilled in digital technology, and during the project, we'll use our personal and organizational social networks to share updates about the project and its highlights. At the end of the youth exchange, we'll create a final video using photos and videos from the project to share online. After the project ends, we'll have at least two meetings, one within our organization and one outside, to share what we've learned with our local community. All the content, including the final video and photos, will be made by the participants themselves because we want to capture their perspective. They'll also prepare the follow up local activity that is planned as part of the project dissemination
In the city where our participants come from, we'll organize a local workshops in a high school. The event will receive coverage from local media, blog posts, social media posts, and there will be a virtual photo exhibition on the theme of "BODY | MIND | ART," featuring pictures taken and promoted by our participants.
All the results will be shhared in our blog too.
